President & Board Member
Francis Amo Sam, President and Board Member of Global Healing Ministries , is a prophetic voice, reaching out to the world with the undiluted gospel. Married to Jessica, he serves as Associate Pastor at Good Life Chapel International, Agona Swedru, Ghana, with a ministry footprint across Ethiopia, the USA, and Ghana. Through Amo Pharma Company Limited, including Amo Farms, his ventures contribute to community upliftment. At Global Healing Ministries, his mission is to draw individuals into a right relationship with the Lord, offering holistic support—discipleship, spiritual growth, and physical care—to vulnerable children, helping them grow into lives reflective of Christ's love.

Joanna Leavens serves as a board member for Global Healing Ministries. She was formerly a board member for Springs of Living Water, a sex trafficking ministry in Ethiopia, rescuing children and young women off the streets of Addis Ababa. She lives with her family in Ventura County, CA where her husband pastors and she leads women’s Bible studies and disciples women and children. Joanna’s greatest achievements in life are loving her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, her marriage to Justin for nearly 24 years and her 5 children. Joanna has a bachelors degree from Dickinson College in International Business & Management. She has traveled internationally to 5 out of 7 continents. Her desire is to use her education and experience to help other in need internationally, especially children. Joanna purchased the first piece of land in Ghana for the ministry with the vision to help children in need and to raise up warriors for Jesus to take the gospel to all parts of Africa and the world.Board Member

Jody Garfield resides on a small ranch in Ojai, California, with his wife of 23 years, Decia. They have two children, daughter Cierra (21) and son Colten (19). A retired Captain from the Los Angeles Fire Department. A committed Christian since 1993, he looks forward to embracing God's next chapter in his life with enthusiasm and faith.
